Lord of the Flies (Penguin Great Books of the 20th Century)
I actually thought the book was dull.. until the last 50 pages or so. When I finished it, I kept starring at the last line, thinking "what?! no! how can you do this to me?!"
AS I said, I didn't exactly enjoy the development of the subject in the first 150 pages, I thought the author wrote it with way too little emotion and I was planning on dropping it, even though I knew it was a classic.
Glad I didn't! :))
